Machine Replacement Parts
Do you have a part that keeps breaking? We can redesign and retrofit your equipment with an improved design. We also provide custom replacement machine parts.
Simpson Alloy Services can provide 3D modeling of anything from parts, to complete custom projects. 3D modeling lets you discover problems before any metal is cut. Modeling is also useful to ensure everyone is on the same page before a project starts.
Heat Treat Industry
The bulk of our work has been in the heat treat industry. Our capabilities include anything from completely new furnaces, furnace repairs, furnace improvements, to replacement parts. We have built pusher furnaces, car bottom furnaces, and pit furnaces. Gas fired burners to electrical elements, to ductwork and gas trains. Thermal oxidizer repairs and heat exchanger replacements.
Simpson Alloy Services Fan
We have a custom designed recirculation fan that we use in our new furnace designs, as well as retrofits for existing furnaces. Our fan is a plug style, which means you simply disconnect connections, unbolt the fan assembly from the furnace and then replace it with another unit. No relining or refractory work is needed to service the fan unit. This design allows for hot replacement with very little downtime. Currently we offer a 18″ and 24″ fan in both paddle blade and pitched blade style. We also refurbish customers fans as needed.
